The warmth of our host family and the unique location in the Merano area inspire our guests time and time again.
A wonderful family-run hiking hotel that truly leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel and apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished. Everything is planned with many amenities for the guest. Free drinks and fruit in the wellness area, hiking backpack in the room, bathrobe, kettle, fridge... The list of lovely little details is long. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent cuisine and the outstanding breakfast buffet. The wellness offerings range from a panoramic sauna with various infusions and a luxurious relaxation room, to various pools (the sky pool is amazing!) and relaxing massages by an experienced physiotherapist. There are also guided hikes that are always wonderful. The hotel and its entire team truly deserve 5 stars.

We stayed in one of the holiday apartments offered by the Zirmerhof. It is quite spacious and well equipped. The hotel has a great outdoor and indoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, a wonderful outdoor sauna and an indoor spa area. The bread roll delivery service works perfectly, and the hotel bar is also very good. The Zirmerhof is a great starting point for hikes. You can set off directly from the hotel or quickly reach Dorf Tirol, Merano or St. Leonhard by bus.

We came to this place by chance and found a real treasure. A delightful place, with attention to the smallest details. Good taste and a lot of elegance is reflected in the place. The staff is amazing, very kind, always in a good mood and always ready to make you feel good. We didn't feel like we were on holiday but truly at home. This hotel is unique, in an enchanting setting with staff that is both competent and welcoming. A personalized contact without servility. We had a room (suite) facing the church and the autumn colors were magical. The heated outdoor pool, plenty of places to sit outside, but also wood fires indoors. Magical. It's worth breaking the piggy bank.

Perfect organization, panoramic location, Gerlinde a wonderful hostess, friendly and very warm staff, excellent cuisine with products of the highest quality, helpfulness and tips for all the activities you wish to do, including those organized by the property itself. Here you will find the most important information about your stay at the Zirmerhof. For further questions, we are happy to assist you personally.
Your room or apartment is available from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 AM.
Yes, you can add breakfast (€25.00 per person/day) or dinner (€45.00 per person/day) to your stay. Children up to 12 years receive a 50% discount. A bread roll delivery service is also available on request.
Yes, a local tourist tax of €2.80 per person per day is charged in addition to the accommodation price. Children up to 14 years are exempt from the tourist tax.
Our preferred methods of payment are cash and debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the hotel or residence. We kindly ask for your understanding.
All rooms and apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
As a guest of the Residence Zirmerhof, you can use all hotel facilities, including the restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, wellness area, and 3 guided hikes per week. An additional hotel service fee of €10.00–€20.00 per person per day applies. An end-of-stay cleaning fee of between €45.00 and €60.00 is charged.
